In-car test: THIS ENGINE RUNS GREAT. NO SMOKE AND IT MAKE LOTS OF POWER. RADIATOR DIDN’T GET HIT SO COOLANT AND OIL WASN’T COMPRAMISED ON THIS ENGINE. PENDING GOOD PHYSICAL CHECK AND GOOD COMPRESSION TEST WE WILL KEEP THIS ONE.

Out-of-car inspection: OVERALL THE ENGINE LOOS GOOD. IF I HAD TO GRIPE ABOUT ANYTHING IT APPEARS THAT THERE MAY BE AN OIL LEAK STARTING AROUND THE PAN GASKET. WATER PUMP FEELS TIGHT AND MAINS SEALS LOOK OK. TURBOS HAVE THE TYPICAL WASTE GATE PLAY BUT ALMOST NO AXIAL AND RADIAL PLAY. HAS AFTERMARKET COOLANT CROSSOVER PLATE ON REAR OF BLOCK. (ADDED BONUS ON THIS ENGINE).
