What you are buying

Viking sells used OEM auto parts removed from actual donor vehicles. Product photos show the exact item you are buying unless a listing clearly says otherwise. Used parts can have normal wear, cosmetic marks, and vehicle-specific fitment limits.

Pricing and payment

Prices are listed in US dollars. Eligible orders are paid through PayFabric's hosted payment page, so card numbers are entered with our payment processor and never touch Viking's servers. Freight orders (engines, transmissions, and other large items) require your VIN — so we can verify fitment before your part ships — plus whether the delivery address is residential and whether you need liftgate service. There's no extra charge for either; freight carriers require those details before we can book the shipment.

Shipping

Standard-shipping items usually ship the same business day when paid before 11 AM Pacific, Monday through Friday, excluding Federal & USPS/FedEx/UPS holidays. Freight items ship within 2 business days after the day payment is made unless we tell you otherwise.

Warranty and returns

Every part includes Viking's 90-day warranty and 90-day return window. For eligible lower-48 + DC website orders, return shipping is free — including freight items, where our staff coordinates the carrier pickup. See Our Guarantee for the full plain-English policy.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, use the cancellation portal as soon as possible. Some orders can be stopped automatically; others need staff review if packing or shipping has already started.

Limitation of liability

Viking's responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for the item and related shipping or tax on that order. We are not responsible for labor, downtime, lost profit, diagnostic charges, rental cars, or incidental or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by California law. Any dispute will be handled in California unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
