Important item note ASE master mechanic bench tested this HV battery pack. Useful takeaway: positive functional test signs for a used pack. Photos show 389.9 V pack voltage, 4.06-4.07 V cell voltage range (0.01 V spread), and contactors commanded active/closed, meaning the high-voltage switching circuit responded and connected properly during testing. BMW diagnostic SOC limits show an 8.0%-74.8% SOC window (66.8 points). Rough estimate from those limits: about 14.4 kWh usable, about 77% of a new BMW i3 60Ah 18.8 kWh usable spec. This is a diagnostic estimate, not a formal measured capacity/SOH test. See photos.
